    GF,

    Tried to call you before we left, but couldn’t get in touch with you. Got here in Japan 21 days ago. It was hot when we got here and raining, but it starts getting cooler lately. We finally got our drivers’ license on the second week and started driving on Japan’s narrow roads. We start getting sick of the food; been eating out since we got here and can’t wait to move in to our new place. First thing I’ll do is cook filipino foods as soon as we move in tomorrow…HHH. Thonie is already having food withdrawals, but I give him credit for getting adjusted well.

    Keep in touch and we’ll try to do the same. Take care.
